Session Description

How do I teach inclusion when I don't have an official inclusion class but I have kids with needs? This session will help you develop a toolkit of strategies to reach the varied learners in your classroom. Geared toward subjects where there is no inclusion support.

Learner Outcomes
By the end of the sessions participants will know / be able to: 
  1.  Develop toolkits for use in the classroom.
  2. Enhance student learning with varied resources.

Activity 1: 

This activity will cover some of the terminology related to working with Exceptional Students.

  • BED : Behavioral
  • OHI : ADHD/ADD/Anxiety
  • AU: Autism/ Sensory Processing
