Session Description
Make sure you are using Reading A to Z to its full potential.
Learner Outcomes
By the end of the sessions participants will know / be able to:
Assign books for fluency and comprehension.
Set up a range of book levels for guided reading using your device and using lesson plans effectively.
Use fluency passages for shared reading
Balanced Literacy with Reading A-Z Presentation
Activity 1:
You will assign books for students to read on Reading A-Z, which students will read, record for fluency and complete a comprehension activity.
Activity 2:
You will open up a range of book levels to your students. This will allow you to use your device for guided reading instead of printing books.
Activity 3:
You will discover fluency passages, which can be used for shared reading and skills practice.
