MGSD has developed a set of "Look-fors" regarding technology integration and instructional practice.  This updated REFRESH rubric is designed to "raise the bar" on our expectations and allow for all teachers to grow in their craft.

This rubric will be used to support informal, non-evaluative walkthrough observations, determine professional development needs, and encourage reflective practice and growth for MGSD educators.

Before the next faculty meeting, look over the rubric, note your key takeaways and note any areas you may need further clarification.
